About Anthony Leon

      Anthony Leon, is a Florida registered architect with over 25 years of experience.  Though Mr. Leon was born in NJ he graduated from the University of Miami, School of Architecture in Coral Gables, renowned for its New Urbanism leadership. There he participated in many study abroad programs including Italy, Guatemala and Mexico which gave him a very broad view of different architectural styles. During his apprenticeship, he taught CAD at Miami-Dade Community College South Campus for 3 years. 

      "Tony", as his clients like to call him, is the founder and principal of the award winning firm, 3Design Architecture. As the leader of his own studio operations, he recruits and directs a talented staff of design and engineering professionals to achieve his client's goals. He has an endless passion for Architecture and pursues each project with the idea that good design has lasting value. Communication with his client is the key to success. He is there for his clients even before there is a project. His keen eye is invaluable, whether seeking real estate for a personal residence or a building on an empty lot for a new business opportunity.

     He has designed and overseen construction on a long list of projects including Historic Restorations, Renovations, and Re-use in Historic Districts for multi-family residential, retail, and Hospitality Venues such as Hotels, Restaurants, Nightclubs and Spas.

         Aesthetic excellence, functional efficiency, economic and environmental responsibility inform the execution of every one of his projects.
